JURISDICTION: This Agreement is subject to interpretation as per the laws of India, and the parties shall refer any unresolved disputes to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Madurai.

Any amendment, cancellation, or transfer will be treated as a cancellation and cancellation charges would be as follows:

• Before 7 days cancellation charges:  Flight Ticket Fare + 3000 Service charges
• Within 7 days No Show: No Refund
• The refund amount will be paid to authorized sender account number within 03-04 working days

1. Passengers should carry original id card as in the ticket along with the ticket copy

2. All the passengers are requested to be in the airport before 3 hours of the flight timing

3. If the passenger leaves the flight the passenger should take the flight tickets and join the tour by his own expenses, even if the passenger does not join the tour ,the tour amount is non-refundable

4. Hand luggage -7 kgs / check in luggage -15 kgs

5. In case of flight delays or cancellations the passenger should bear all the expenses

6. Full ticket should be taken for child above 23 months

7. SINGLE TRAVELLER: Booking will be accepted only after the sponsor letter is received from the passengers blood relation.

8.   Single travellers are advised to choose single occupancy only otherwise they will be included in the tour only after the booking of another single passenger of the same gender

9. Tour manager/driver name and mobile number will be given one day before the date of departure.If not received kindly collect it from the office

10. The company has its full rights at any circumstance to change the tour program even though when it is pre planned

11. In case of any suspensions/closures/special occasions/natural calamities the company has the full rights to skip the programme and no alterations in attractions will be entertained

12. Tour prices are based on the itinerary and does not include GST charges /Guide charges

13. The tour cost will differ from person to person depending on the availability of seats ,date of bookings ,addition of extra services

14. The customer does not have any right to claim on the tour cost comparing with the other travellers participating in same tour

15. If the tour manager/guide is assigned for the particular tour ,service charge will be additionally charged (below 5 days – Rs 500/- ) (above 5 days –Rs 1000/-)

16. If the passenger wants to discontinue in-between the tour passenger should bear all the expenses No refund on discontinuation of tour will be encouraged

17. In the group tours time keep-up is very important if the customer fails to keep up the time the customer himself should bear the expenses to reach the next point /attraction

18. Important: customers are requested to verify their name ,travel date, flight timings ,luggage details as soon as received in the up and down flight tickets. Report it immediately for any changes if not company is not responsible for further consequences
